Your coach sent you a code like HWK7-29QD. Here's how to use it.

Install the app
Dugout Crew is on iPhone and Android.
Search Dugout Crew in the App Store or Google Play.

Tap Join a team
It's on the sign-in screen. Enter the code, or just paste the whole message your coach sent. At practice? Tap Scan QR code instead.

Create your account
Sign up or sign in, and you're on the team. Your player shows up under My players.
Prefer a computer? Sign in on the website to see the roster, schedule and stats.
What you can do once you're in
Say who's coming
Mark your player going or not going for upcoming games, even with no signal. The coach sees it right away.
Get game reminders
A notification the day before each game. Turn reminders on or off at the bottom of the home screen.
Read team messages
Updates from the coach arrive as notifications and stay under Messages.
Share photos
Post photos from the stands and tag who's in them, or set your player's roster photo. Location details are removed from every photo.
Follow the stats
See lineups, box scores and season stats, and share your player's season recap.
More than one player?
One account covers all your players, on as many teams as they play for.
Code not working?
Invite codes work once and expire after 14 days. If yours has been used or is too old, ask your coach to send a new one. Questions? See the FAQ.
